2. Take Back Control

The way you see yourself is too often based on the perceptions of others, which leads to others exerting control over your actions. In step two, you’ll learn to take back control and put yourself back in the driver’s seat of your own life and stop giving others permission to influence your behavior.

 3. Break Down the Box

The box is a safety zone you create to protect yourself from being hurt. But this same box can keep you from seeking new opportunities and experiences, and hold you back from living a happy, fulfilled life. In step three you’ll learn how to break down the box.
